Assamese Bhut Jolokia Pickle

Ingredients

10 Bhut jolokia (chilly)

1 cup Mustard oil

1 tbsp Vinegar

Method

  • Cut the chilies in small pieces.
  • In a large glass bottle add chilies, oil and vinegar keep it for 1 month.
  • Serve 1 drop oil is enough with meal.
