Prawn with Potato Curry


Ingredients

250 gems Prawns

2-3 large Potatoes

2 large Tomatoes (chopped)

2 tbsp Ginger garlic (paste)

1 Onions (paste)

2-3 Green chilies (chopped)

1 tsp Cumin powder

1 tsp Turmeric powder

1 tbsp Coriander powder

Salt to taste

1 tbsp Red chilly powder

4-5 tbsp Oil

Method

  • In a pressure cooker add potatoes and water boil it for 5-6 whistles. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add prawns fry for 3-4 minutes and keep aside.
  • Heat remaining oil, add onion, ginger garlic paste and tomatoes and fry for 4-5 minutes.
  • Now add boiled potatoes and all the masala and mix it well, then add 2 cups of water and prawns stir cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Serve hot with rice.
