Pasta with Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients

200 gms Fusilli Italian Pasta (1 ½ cup)

1 Onion (chopped)

4-5 French beans (chopped)

1 small Carrot (chopped)

1 cup boiled Chicken (cut into small pieces)

1/2 cup Sweet corn

6-8 cherry Tomatoes (chopped)

1/2 cup Broccoli (chopped)

1/2 cup Red pepper (chopped)

1/2 cup Green pepper (chopped)

2 Green chilies (chopped)

3-4 French beans (chopped)

1 Carrot (chopped)

4-5 Garlic cloves (chopped)

2 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)

1 tsp Pepper powder

2 tbsp Oil

Salt to taste

Method

  • In a large pan add pasta, sweet corn, chicken and 2 cups of water and boil it for 10-20 minutes or until tender, drain keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add onion, garlic, all vegetables, coriander leaves, pepper powder and salt stir mix it well and fry for simmer 3-4 minutes or vegetables are tender.
  • Now add boiled pasta, sweet corn and chicken stir mix it well and fry for 5-6 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
