Ingredients
Chicken ½ kg (boneless)
2 tbsp Ginger garlic (paste)
2 tbsp White sesame seeds
3-4 Green chilies
½ cup Oil (for chicken fry)
½ tsp Garam masala powder
Salt to taste
2-3 tbsp Corn Flour
15-20 Curry Leaves
½ cup Garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp Oil
Method
- Marinate the chicken with green chilies, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, ginger garlic paste, salt, corn flour and garam masala powder for 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a pan fry chicken for golden brown. Keep aside.
- Now take another pan add 1 tbsp oil, and add curry leaves and garlic fry for 1 minutes.
- Then add fried chicken and salt to taste mix well.
- Serve hot.
